Today was my turn to share with you how this color combo inspired me to create the layout below:
Color combos are very useful. They allow us to be more creative.
That´s true. When we create, we tend to get into some color ruts and choose the same basic color combo, but the inspiration of a new color combination like this one brings us something new.
For instance, I started creating a layout by gathering everything I had on my stash that matched the color combo: the Nantucket line, some Butterfly Garden and Vintage Vogue papers with a touch of the Old School collection. As I couldn´t find papers that matched all the colors, I decided to use some inks, sprays, art mediums, stamps and the Mistable line and the creative journey simply led me to a textured layout.
